1. COPYRIGHT. The client is granted full non-exclusive revocable copyright to the photos upon purchase
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Vyactiva is not responsible for any difficulties or hardships that may arise due to the the photography session.
3. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. The full fee is due prior to the photography session.
4. MODEL RELEASE. The photographer may only make reproductions for the Client or for The photographer portfolio, samples, or self-promotions, or for professional competition and review. We may not make reproductions for other use without first obtaining written permission from the client.
5. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE. At any time before the photos are used or distributed by the client, the client may request a full refund. In which case Vyactiva will comply and all copyright is revoked from the client, Vyactiva may continue to distribute photos pursuant to the model release, clause 4.
This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the Parties, and the Parties agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a completed copy of the Agreement signed by all Parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Paying for services constitutes a full and legally binding signature.
